| The Neuroscience
Care Units (NCUs) occupy the 12th floors in the
Blake, Ellison and White buildings at MGH. Each
of the NCU areas subspecialize in specific disease
and treatment processes.
The Neuroscience Care Units (The NCUs) are composed
of several separate units that work together for
care of Neurological patients:
- The Blake-12 NCU - a Neuro Intensive Care
unit.
- The Ellison-12 NCU - a Neuro Care unit specializes
in treatment of patients with with strokes,
back injuries, aneurysms, seizures, as well
as brain tumors.
- The White-12 NCU - a Neuro Medical-Surgical
step down unit.
